Canadian Red Neck Snowblower!

here is a picture of a 'CANADIAN REDNECK SNOWBLOWER' that belongs to my neighbour, and, wouldn't you know, as soon as he left the yard, the SNOW started again, now we have a heavy snowfall warning issued!!!! He'll be back!!!!!
